Meet Your Physician
Dr. Jason A. Murray
High Resolution Health is built on long-term partnership. That begins with knowing the physician guiding your care.
For more than a decade, I practiced on the front lines of emergency medicine. I treated heart attacks, strokes, metabolic crises, trauma, and the downstream consequences of years without clear direction in health.
What struck me most was not how sudden these events were. It was how predictable many of them had been.
High Resolution Health was created from a simple conviction: we should engage people long before crisis.
High Resolution Approach
Modern medicine excels at treating disease. It was not designed to build health intentionally. At High Resolution Health, I practice what I call precision with purpose. That means we will use:
(1) Risk-adjusted targets based on your profile, not population averages.
(2) Structured planning instead of scattered advice.
(3) Longitudinal partnership instead of rushed visits.
(4) Progress grounded in discipline and consistency, not perfection.
My role is not to overwhelm you with data.
It is to help you apply it wisely.

Professional Insights
Years of experience managing acute and chronic disease across diverse populations
This background shapes how I view risk, prevention, and long-term planning. I have seen what happens when care is delayed. I have also seen what is possible when patients are engaged early and guided clearly.
This practice reflects that perspective.
Beyond the White Coat
I am a husband and father of four.
I understand the competing demands of career, family, and responsibility.
The principles I teach are the same principles I apply in my own life: clarity, discipline, intentional action, and long-term thinking.
Health is not built through intensity alone.
It is built through consistent, thoughtful choices over time.
